Johnson Social Hall Rentals

Our Newly Renovated Hall is available to rent for any special occasion such as banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, communions, graduation parties, wedding receptions, or social gatherings. This venue features a full kitchen, a fully heated/air-conditioned social hall, large men's and women's bathrooms, 20 tables and 150 chairs provided, and plenty of off-street parking.

Once the application is approved and signed by the board, a deposit check needs to be provided by the "Tenant" to secure the date, with the required insurance certificate.

Everyone must submit an insurance certificate.  Insurance certificates must be obtained from your Homeowners Insurance Company. The deposit and insurance requirements are outlined in the rental application.

If you are serving alcohol at your event, the box for "Host Liquor Liability" box must be checked on the insurance certificate.
