Johnson Social Hall Rentals

Our Newly Renovated 2200 sq. ft. Hall is available to rent for any special occasion such as banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, communions, graduation parties, wedding receptions, or social gatherings. This venue features a full kitchen, a fully heated/air-conditioned social hall, large men's and women's bathrooms, 20 tables and 100 chairs provided, and plenty of off-street parking. We do not provide catering, however you can hire your own catering company if you choose.

A deposit check needs to be provided by the "Tenant" to secure the date, with the required insurance certificate. This must be in the form of a check or money order. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH.

Everyone must submit a certificate of insurance. Insurance certificates can be obtained from your homeowners insurance company. If you do not have homeowners insurance, you can purchase event liability insurance from a company such as www.Eventsured.com . Johnson Fire Department is in no way affiliated with Eventsured.

If you are serving alcohol at your event, the box for "Host Liquor Liability" box must be checked on the insurance certificate.

The Insurance Certificate Limits must be as follows:
$1,000,000 for each occurance, $2,000,000 General Aggregate. Your Insurance agent or broker needs this information.
